Present Continuous Tense shows arrangement of action whereas, Future Continuous Tense shows the lack of intentions and arrangement of action.

For example: I am seeing Mrs. Rita tomorrow. (Present Continuous Tense)

In the above example, the speaker has an appointment with Mrs. Rita.

I will be seeing Mrs. Rita tomorrow we were in the same office. (Future Continuous Tense)

In the above example, seeing Mrs. Rita is a daily routine action.
